Q. What am I required to submit?

A. In addition to filling out the entry form, we require you to submit a “hero image” (designed horizontally) in PDF format.This is a stripped down version of your campaign that will be used should your entry win. This is to be a high resolution RGB PDF with a minimum size of approximately 3000 x 2400 pixels. The file can be a maximum of 7 MB.

Please also submit a “digital board” (3000 x 2400) with a collage of images that best represent your campaign. This board will be used by the judges to fully view the campaign. 

Q. What do I need to provide if submitting in the radio or TV category?

A. All radio/TV entries must have an MP3 file uploaded with the entry. We also require a script for radio entries and a screen capture/image of your TV entry, that can be used in the AIME website should your entry win 

Q. What are the entry divisions?

Credit unions are judged on asset size:

  • Peer Group 1 >$3 Billion
  • Peer Group 2  $650 million – $3 Billion
  • Peer Group 3 < $650 million

Centrals and suppliers are judged on marketing budget:

  • Division A - annual marketing budget >$2 million
  • Division B - annual marketing budget < $2 million

Q. What is the entry deadline?

A. All entries must be completed and submitted by March 11, 2022.

Q. When will we be notified that we won?

A. Only the winners will be notified, via email, end of March.  We will not disclose the category (if more than one was entered) of award won. 

Q. Do we have to be a member to enter?

A. No, there are no membership fees associated with entries. 

Q. Who can I ask if I have more questions?

Q. How is the CCUA Best In Marketing Award determined?

A. The winner is based on the top ranked entry, from all recevied entries, regardless of peer group and category. 

Q. Can I send a hard copy sample of my entry to the judges? 

A. Unfortunately, no. We realize some of the entries showcase better in print, however, our judges are located at multiple locations across the country and the judging timeline is very tight. 

Q. Can we submit the same entry into more than one category?

A. Yes, we realize that some campaigns fit into multiple categories, so if you feel it is strong in more than one please feel free to enter it. Please note, the same creative or campaign can only be entered in THREE categories maximum.
